Visa, Master and American Express debit/ credit cards- Payment is processed using Paypal, you may check out as a guest using Paypals payment gateway so no need to sign up for a Paypal account if you do not have one. Click here if you don't know how to do it
Online bank transfer - Most banks in the Philippines allows you to transfer funds online to any banks so don't worry if you do not have a Union Bank or BPI bank account, you can still transfer to us using your online banking app
Bank Deposit- You can directly deposit to our Union Bank or BPI account at any branches
GCash- You can transfer funds directly from your GCash account to our bank account. Click here if you don't know how to do it
Paymaya- You can transfer funds directly from your Paymaya account to our bank account. Click here if you do not know how to do it

Please note that the "Track Your Order" link button on the "Shipping Notification" email does not automatically load the status of your shipment as J&T link is currently not working, you have to follow the instructions we listed above :)
If you paid directly using your PayPal account, debit or credit card through our PayPal Express payment gateway there is no need to send us a proof of payment. But for those who will be using the payment options listed below please make sure to send us a screenshot of proof of payment at email@example.com or via our FB page so we are able to clear your order and have your order ready for dispatch.
You can check the status of your order by logging in to your RVMP account. If you wish to track your order you can track it here using the tracking number we've emailed you.
Unfulfilled- means it hasn't been packed and shipped yet.
Fulfilled- means your order is on its way to you. Please make sure you gave us the correct email address when you placed your order so you also get the shipping notification email containing the Tracking Number via J&T Website.
Partially Fulfilled- due to high volume of orders, some items maybe sold out and are currently being restocked. We don't want you to wait so we send "some" of your orders to you at no extra cost and the remainder will be sent to you as soon as possible. We will also provide you with a new tracking number
We will update your order status as soon as we received the tracking # from J&T, if you are wondering why we haven't updated your order status or received the "Shipping Notification" email yet please know that your order is simply suffering a delay and that it wont be forgotten as everything is recorded in our system.
We apologize if we cannot respond promptly on our social media channels as we are currently short staffed due to public transportation restrictions.
If your order is still "unfulfilled" meaning if we haven't shipped it yet we can still edit or change your order. However, if your order has been picked up already by the courier or the order status says "fulfilled" unfortunately we can no longer change it as it is already in transit.
All items are packed in a transparent plastic bag to protect it from any dirt and stains whilst stored in our warehouse. We ship it as in any case that the courier satchel bags get ripped during transport.
You must return your item(s) back to us no later than 14 days from the delivery date. You are responsible for the cost of your returns. We highly recommend to ship through J&T Express as they offer the cheapest shipping rates.
We offer refunds to your original payment method on all items returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. We also offer exchanges, you can request an exchange for a different size/colour of a product.
*All exchange requests are processed subject to stock. If the item is unavailable you will be automatically refunded in line with our returns policy.
This policy applies for all payment methods.
Returns must adhere to the following:
In original packaging
No signs of wash/wear
Tags must not be damaged or removed
Underwear and swimwear must have hygiene seal intact
We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above.
