You can check the status of your order by logging in to your RVMP account. If you wish to track your order you can track it here using the tracking number we've emailed you.
Unfulfilled- means it hasn't been packed and shipped yet.
Fulfilled- means your order is on its way to you. Please make sure you gave us the correct email address when you placed your order so you also get the shipping notification email containing the Tracking Number via 2GO Express.
Partially Fulfilled- due to high volume of orders, some items maybe sold out and are currently being restocked. We don't want you to wait so we send "some" of your orders to you at no extra cost and the remainder will be sent to you as soon as possible. We will also provide you with a new tracking number
All items are packed in a transparent plastic bag to protect it from any dirt and stains whilst stored in our warehouse. We ship it as in any case that the courier satchel bags get ripped during transport.
Yes you can! However, delivery time is totally up to the courier.
Delivery within Metro Manila usually takes 1 business day and 2 business days for provinces, if you would like your item to be delivered on a specific date kindly reach out to us using our live chat to let us know when you would like to receive your order and our team will adjust the delivery schedule that suits you.
Pre- order items are pieces that is "currently" being manufactured or produced in our factory. These items are usually in high demand or sold out.
When ordering a "Pre- order" item please make sure to check the ETA date stated on the description of the item so you know when to expect your order.
IMPORTANT: We provide the ETA for the completion of production but this comes with no guarantee that it will be completed on the exact date, unexpected delays such as public holidays, workload etc may occur so please bear this in mind when ordering a pre- ordered item..
Once the production is completed, we will pack your order for delivery. Our system will then automatically send you a "Shipment Notification" email containing the tracking number.
Please note that no email updates will be sent during the production period as we clearly stated the ETA on the item description. The next email you'll be receiving from us after your Order Confirmation is the Shipping Notification email containing the tracking number :)
If you live in Metro Manila please expect delivery the next business day, for provincial orders, it may take 2-3 days :)
Pre- ordered items are basically made- to- order items. We especially reserve items for you for placing it ahead of time so we do not refund pre- ordered items, however, we will give you a store credit valid for 12 Months to be used in our online store.

Same day delivery option can be chosen upon checkout. You'll be prompted to choose your shipping method, but instead of choosing the normal delivery option to LUZON, choose Angkas Same- Day Delivery Service. You must download the Angkas app via your Android store or App Store to choose this service.
Payment must be cleared as this is NOT a COD service. Please choose the payment options below upon checkout.
